NATJWA seeks to instill in the youth of our community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect so that they may grow to be good and healthy men and women. These objectives will be achieved by providing a competitive and developmental wrestling experience. The attainment of exceptional athletic skills or the winning of the match is secondary to the primary goal of molding responsible and healthy men and women.
NATJWA and member families are parents and volunteers. There are no employees. Together, if each of us makes a good faith effort to excel in these areas, incredible things will happen. We are a community pulling for each other.
